Safaris - Game drives - Wildlife viewing
The African savannah is enormously rich in both big and small game and Katjapia is the ideal place to view wildlife by game drive in a SUV or on horseback. There are Kudu, Red Hartebeest, Steenbok, Oryx, Warthogs, Meercats and numerous small prey hunters, a multitude of bird species and possibly even the chance of viewing a zebra, cheetah or leopard visiting from the neighboring farms. Game-viewing is better done in the morning, afternoon or evening with a sundowner in hand followed by drinks on the viewing platform.
